Beech forest and monumental trees of Gresolet

Near the Gresolet sanctuary we find the Gresolet forest, which was the embryo of the first defense movement in the area, which culminated in 1982 with the protection of this area and the Pedraforca mountain.

In the area we can find an interesting beech forest as well as the following listed monumental trees: the Avet de les Molleres, the Faig Gros and four old pines (I, II, III and IV) in the Baganesos plain also in the Molleres of Gresolet. In addition, the Pi del Roc dels Castellots in the same place and the Beech Setrill of the shady Gresolet.
