Sala de Biure

It is an ancient house from the 12th century, situated on top of a hill, from there it is possible to see the great part of the region of Berguedà. For its situation, construction and references, it is believed that the house belonged to the extinguished order of Knights of the Temple of Solomon (founded by Crusaders in Jerusalem around 1118 to defend the Holy Sepulchre and Christian pilgrims; suppressed in 1312) Next to the house there is the romantic church of Saint Martí of Biure,

The complexion has been restored in 2000, taking into account the original construction.
